It’s a beautiful community, well kept and maintained, maintenance will be there almost before you hang up the phone to report something. But they will fee you to death with mandatory monthly fees. They also hike the rent up a hundred bucks at every lease renewal. They do not appreciate or reward good tenants. They are price gougers. Do not move here. You’ll regret it. I know I do.

Chelsea was instrumental in handling my rental! She was very thorough, thoughtful and appreciated! Maintenance is handled quickly and efficiently! Definitely recommend. It is a great place to live. Neighbors are awesome!

Apartments are outdated and over priced. I lived here for almost 2 years and had to have maintenance fix errors from previous tenants. When I lived into my second unit there was still water marks on the ceiling, mold on the shower, and it was generally unclean. Fast forward to moving out, everything was paid up on my part. Before moving out I was told by maintenance that even though my apartment was clean, I needed to pay a cleaning fee over $100 and roughly $70 for blinds. I agreed to pay the blinds and disputed the cleaning fee, due to cleaning the apartment myself. I’ve always done this and never paid a fee. Instead management responded by sending me an invoice for a “broken” toilet seat, a dent in the refrigerator, and numerous other charges totaling over $300. Again this is after I walked thru with maintenance , and they only noted blinds and cleaning fee. During my occupancy I received numerous notes on my door. Rent is due on the first of the month, if I waited till the 3rd, I’d receive a notice stating I was out of my lease agreement and subject to eviction. This is from someone who paid every cent owed, even during COVID. The complex prides itself on it’s amenities, even though the gym is rarely cleaned. And these amenities were closed during COVID, without any adjustments to rent. The pool was also closed and drained at least once a year, due to issues from other tenants. This past year the pool was closed and no notice was sent out for a least a day. Look elsewhere before renting here. If you read the reviews you’ll see the same complaints. Georgetown has nicer apartments at better rates.

What a blessing to find these apartments! We needed to move in before the date the unit was available. We thought we had no choice but to store our furniture and move it twice. Once I explained that to the assistant community manager, Keri Dee, she jumped right on it and surprised me with an even earlier than expected move in date. The managing office is very responsive and understanding. They go out of their way to satisfy the client. Good old fashioned customer service. Top that with a great apartment and amenities, and you don’t need to look any further. Thank you so much Keri!

Hi Emily, Beware of lease contract. I rented for two years and had to leave 2 months short of fulfilling my lease contract and was charged over $2,000. Tamara
