So far our experience has been great! Drove 8 hours because my dad was admitted to the hospital above Cincinnati. We stopped here cause we were to tired to drive the rest of the way tonight. Booked a room online and got here and check in took less then 5 minutes. The outside was clean and parking lot well lit. The room upon entering was clean and better then I expected. Beds are comfortable, but not as soft as I would like, but that’s just my personal preference. Room has a TV, Microwave, and a Mini Fridge. Thanks Best Western for a great stay so far! Would highly recommend this location to everyone passing through!

We were caught in a very bad storm the other night and had to pull over and take shelter during a tornado with 4 kids 8 and under. Amanda was working the front desk and she was so gracious and kind while trying to deal with buckets of water pouring in the front doors! She even brought towels for the kids while we waited and didn’t make us feel unwelcome or uncomfortable about the situation. Most front desk clerks make you feel like a pest when needing anything at all, but not her.

Convenient to the interstate. Fair price for a "night of" reservation. Large room was fairly clean, but could stand to be updated (especially the stained rug). Beds were comfy, but the sheets were a bit worn. Breakfast was a little skimpy, but did at least offer a waffle iron and microwaveable breakfast sandwiches.

When we checked in on 11 January at 6 PM, the young lady clerk was extremely rude. There was very little toilet paper left on the roll and no extra roll in the room. She let us know that instead of a giving the snack option, because of COVID, we were given our points. They had a full breakfast with a gallon of milk to pour our own cup. Which doesn't make any sense to me. The bed was perfect, the shower had great pressure but the tub didn't drain. All in all, not a typical Best Western experience. Which is very unfortunate.
