The Young girl with brown hair and tattoos on her arms was Very very customer experience focused because that girl working the restaurant section was one of the most helpful and genuine Service employees I have interacted with in as long as I can remember. Enough so I made a point to leave every review, I hope her attitude and candor are noticed and appreciated because she went above and beyond. I accidentally ordered the wrong item,and she Refused to allow me to just accept the sandwich and remade it for me, and was very sociable and walked me and my purchases out to my car, so I would not have to make two trips. Thank you :-)

This place was like waking into the Twilight Zone!!! Not in a good way, the cashier didn't want to push our purchased where we could reach it behind the plexiglass? We had to bend down and reach across the counter to get it!!! Also the place was a mess!!! Very unprofessional service! I've been all across the USA never once seen a truck stop like this!!

Store is going through a remodel so I’m going some Grace in this review… Walked in with 3 employees standing around - no one greeted me or even recognized my existence. Shelves were very dusty/dirty. I understand there’s a remodel and there’s extra dust but 3 people standing around with a displace case right in front of them covered in dust makes you wonder what other parts of the store are being ignored…. Way to many reserved spots for a truck stop of this size!!!!! Entrance sign needs to be redone and visible!!!!

Pilot has been our favorite for about 5 months now because of the ease of use with they're point system and the shower power feature available to trucks that purchase over 1000 gallons diesel a month. The staff is always pleasant and even though not every location provides the same amenities or parking spaces pilot is consistently run well.
