I've been waiting to do a review for a moment hoping the Pizza hut goes back to how it used to but sadly it isn't. The meal doesn't seem as delicious as it once was and alot of things keep changing such as portion sizes of their pasta, if the food isn't there than the prices need to drop also.

We called in our order, so we wouldn't have to wait an hour on our food. It was brought out to us shortly after arrival. It was alright.

Most disappointed I have ever been with delivery. Over an hour out for delivery and then it shows up. Half cold S expected by time but then quite obvious they are low on tomato sauce because pizza had maybe 1/4 of what's normal. And light on test of toppings. Worst delivery pizza EVER

Last few months pizza constantly undercooked.. the day manager is attentive and fixes any issues, 2 Saturday nights in a row not good. Got $11 dinner box, pizza raw, they sent same pizza through again, still undercooked. Manager's solution, 50 cent discount, "just pay for the breadsticks" still 10.50...eventually got employee discount after attitude and argument with manager. 2nd Saturday ordered thin so less risk of undercooked. Asked for military discount, usually not an issue and seems around 20%, Manager fumbled around and it was less than $2 for $25 order. Will not go back on Saturdays, training needed for management. Customer service should still be a thing! 4stars daytime, 1 star Saturday nights.
