The Hotel was good but the staff was not. I was accused of not paying for my pet deposit. On the 2nd day my husband called the front desk requesting a room clean. The lady working was rude and said all of housekeeping was gone. My husband then asked what we were to do. The lady came to the room with another person from housekeeping and stated to my husband why do you have a pet if you didn’t pay your deposit. My husband called me to the room and I told the lady that she should look at my reservations before accusing us of this. She agreed and left our room. As I headed back to the lobby she screamed at me and said I didn’t pay. I explained I did pay. She then tried to call the police and my other family members talked with her and paid the deposit again. I checked out! ON MY BILL WAS THE PET DEPOSIT I PAID AT CHECK IN. My family member was refunded. They also charged me 2 times for the 2 nights stay. This was resolved. My Family Reunion was held here and we are planning another reunion and it will not be held here. There was a young man that was very nice.

My Son and Daughter in law, who were visiting us stayed there, for just a night. They stated that it was clean, not a full staff however. Butttt..it was the time of the pandemic. But they enjoyed their overnight stay, but the restaurant is now closed...

Positive: Great staff and fantastic breakfast options. Negative: The bed was ¿firm,¿ to say the least. One of our party felt the chair was more comfortable. In a room of two queen beds, perhaps an option of bed softness would be perfect? The other half of the party (me) slept like a champ? ¿¿

This was a very nice Hampton Inn. The beds were very comfortable and the lady that works night audit was really sweet as was the 1st shift agent when I checked out. I would comment on breakfast but the beds were so comfortable we all overslept and missed it! ☺️ I will definitely stay at this Hampton Inn again if I'm ever in Milan, TN. The only thing I can think of that would have made the stay just a little more comfortable would be to have a small microwave and refrigerator in the room. Good job Milan, TN Hampton Inn! 🌟
