The apartments are nice and the amenities are great. My 1 star review is solely based on the customer service received by the so called Leasing Office. Mail theft is apparently the norm for this apartment complex and if you complain about it they ask you to contact a third party that had nothing to do with the package. Concerns are washed over with no response for days and being blamed for not communicating on time, they count the time they don't response as lapsed time. An iPad has better customer service. If possible avoid and search elsewhere unless you like elevators being down at least 2-3 times a week, packages missing, lack of response from CSR and little to no security.

Below is my email to Cathy Kim at 550 Harborfront after my walk through on 7-16-2021. Hi Cathy, It was really nice to meet you today. You did an amazing job on the tour today despite having a limited time. I grateful for your time and professionalism. You raised the bar very high for the other properties to complete with 550 Harborfront. With all that being said, I will be applying for Unit 0824 tomorrow. Thanks Chris McKenna Cathy Kim is amazing and this property is outstanding. I move in on 7-24-2021. Seriously, if you are looking for a place to live that is well maintained, managed properly and has great amenities, then this is the place.

This apartment is beautiful, clean, and well kept and I was truly considering a unit here. My consideration was solely based on Delise! Throughout the application process, she was so kind, responsive, patient, communicative, and overall efficient. This place was my number one choice because of the Delise, she is amazing and perfect to work with through your application process!

I just recently moved in here a week ago and I absolutely love it! The place is so nice and clean and the staff is great. The new leasing manager Delise is so helpful and on top of things! I had an issue and she went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved right away. She definitely makes you feel welcomed and it’s nice to know you have someone you can count on.
