Excellent and easy way to dispose of hazardous chemicals. From the guard at the entrance to the people working at the center, they were very friendly, helpful and professional. I will definitely be using this center again, when needed. Thank you to all who work there, making the environment a better a safe place.

Fast and organized household waste recycling center. I dropped off used cooking oil and it was easy. They take a lot of other household waste. Check their website. Updated: Please thumbs up if you find this review helpful. I was the person who added this place on Google Map and the first reviewer back in 2017. Took the time to enter the direct website, all the contact info and hours. Together with the rest of the Google Map community, we provided a trusted resource for many people to recycle their stuff and encouraged many to safely dispose of household hazardous items. Your π is greatly appreciated!!

No, just drive up and wait. Make sure the paint is in your trunk.

Yes! We collect E-waste. Which include computer monitors, drives and CPU's, cables and electronics like TVs, etc. Please Dial 311 to inquire of 7 local sites in the area. Note: make sure to wipe your hard drive. Hope this helps!
Oil based, yes. I'm not sure about water based; I think if only a little is left in the can, you can leave the can open, and when the paint dries throw the can away.
Saturdays from 9 to 3pm
Yes, I believe they do, but I'm not 100% sure
Items like small appliances fall under electronic waste (eWaste) which falls under the larger category of Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) that should not and can not be thrown into the trash to end up in landfills. One of LASAN's current goals are to increase diversion from 76.4% to 90%+ of all refuse away from landfills. This is one of many programs and centers that accept eWaste free of charge from residential sources available besides commercial recycling sources. Please visit their website to review what items can't be thrown away and how to take them to a facility like this to dispose of HHW. Some rules include not getting out of your car and letting them know what you are recycling when you arrive so they know what to grab from your trunk or back seat, if you so much that it doesn't fit. Does that answer your questions?
Yes they will take video tapes
