I am appalled at the lack of customer service and rudeness I experienced. I made an online order for two drinks, waited in line for 30 min before being told to "wait a minute" over the speaker, when the woman finally came back on she was extremely rude and stated she did not have my ticket, I offered to show her my confirmation or bank statement, she told me to "deal with it on the app" and would not even allow me to show her my confirmation or offer any assistance whatsoever. I will also be reporting her to her district manager, as she claimed she was the manger of this location. I did not receive my drinks and I will be seeking a refund for my order.

Dunkin is dunkin and being from the Northeast .... you gotta love it!! Less than a mile off the exit, easy access to get back on the highway. It's inside a store that also has a Wendy's inside. Place is always clean, friendly employees at all 3 places. There is discount at Wendy's for Fire Depart, PD and others (great place). Gas is always on par with others off the highway so all in all if you have to get off 24 for any reason this place located perfectly.

This is a good location for the area. Is located next to the gas station which makes it very convenient to get gas and get you a cup of coffee and a donut. The staff is friendly and the drive-thru line is typically really long in the mornings.
