First thing first my door dash delivery driver was amazing so I will not blame her or door dash for this, i had purchased a Pepsi with my order they didn’t give it to my door dasher, I wasn’t upset bout it . But as soon as I bit into the pizza it tasted weird so I looked the pizza was still doughy , I personally talked to the manager, she completely said her oven was working perfectly fine the pizza looked perfectly fine she is the one who made my pizza personally. I never the one to complain but this was unacceptable. The door dasher came back with a drink but not the drink I ordered but she was amazing for atleast trying . HORRIBLE SERVICE

This is the BEST papa johns you can go to!!! They forgot a couple things on my order last time and made it up this time with a free pizza!! I love this place and will always come back!! I love the positive energy!!💙

Placed a carryout order through the mobile app today. I arrived beyond my estimated pick up time frame the app told me that it should be ready. They had not even started my order. It was in the system. At 11:15am they did not seem that busy. The pizza did not taste that good either. Not sure if they changed the crust or just rushed it. Not happy and i wont be back. After this experience i want to go buy stock in Dominos.
