Waiting while they finish up a company meeting. So much for customer service at 815 in the morning. I've got a job to get to and they're wasiting my time. Hope I never have to come here again.

I had brought in 4 tools. Two impacts and two drills. One set of tools was free and the second set of tools was destroyed by the user (me), which incurred some cost. Turn around was less than one day. I was able to pick up my free set of tools the next day so I had to wait for the other set because it was over 100$ to fix. A few days go by and payday comes I'm ready to pay for my bill Tony helps me with my order. Tony tells me since it's the holidays makita is going to take care of this one.!!!!!!! On my way out another makita team member Junior gives me a bag of Philips tips. There are some very warm hearted people that work here and for that I'll always use makita tools. Thanks Tony, thanks junior 👍👍👍

Product isn't worth spit, without service after the sale. Makita has been my trusted Brand name from the 80's to currently. I can get a wide range of product, all with quality built to last. None of those 'throw away' tool deals when it comes to repair. They carry stock, stand behind products, provide quick delivery, respond to my questions. I have no doubt Makita is worth the competitive price!

Sometimes , when they do they are as is . Call the service department and ask if there is something .
John , go to ereplacementparts.com. There you can get a parts breakdown with part#s and pricing .
14930 northam st. La mirada ca. 90638. Makita USA Inc. I don't have the number on me but you should find that battery here at Makita
Some are, and some are not, most bits are not , it's the holder that is magnetic . The magnetic bits tend to pull the screws back out of the hole if you are not real steady with the driver. And won't work with brass screws .

If its a Makita, this is the place and theyre the real deal! I dont know if your repair is warranty or not, but either way, this is the place to get it fixed up. Also they sell refurbished and/or unclaimed repairs at pretty good prices. If your drill is no longer warranty and ya dont want to pay for servicing, they will sell you the parts to do your own repair. They stock almost every part for current and past models and if you are nice and they arent too busy, they will share exploded parts diagrams with you too. The service here is top notch and very worthwhile, if you seriously want a Mikata tool repaired, reconditioned or refurbished. Based upon my experiences dealing with them I wholeheartedly endorse.... (hey, maybe if Makita is listening, they could sponsor me? For what, I dunno? But I always NEED new power tools for something, epecially cordless! 😉) Seriously though they are one of the better factory service centers to deal with... if you know the part numbers try EBay too.
