I've never had an issue with any other does office ever this office is the first one I had so many problems with they can't seem to get it together its literally an issue every time it comes time for you get benefits they change every time nothing is consistent I've been waiting for a call back from a SUPERVISOR that is my work for 2 weeks going on three its just ridiculous & unorganized and as a single mother I actually use welfare to help and I still have to work two jobs just to make sure when they mess up I can still cover everything and that's barely enough

My Social Worker is great, explains everything for me. All the girls at front desk are there for you also and explain also to. I have never had to walk in and be stressed about asking questions because there is no rudeness from anyone and you are totally treated with respect. Thank You 😊 for being there when we need help.
