Bren is a wise, compassionate and knowledgeable clinician. She goes above and beyond to create a trusting environment for her clients to heal and flourish. She is an excellent resource for EMDR, parts work and trauma-informed (and human-informed!) care. We have collaborated on several client cases and I appreciate her as a colleague. Thank Bren!

Bren is extremely knowledgable, compassionate and nurturing. She creates a safe environment for emotional growth and collaboration. Her support has been instrumental to my mental health. She helped me cope with divorce, special needs advocacy and creating healthy relationships. Bren has the ability to provide clear and concise understanding for the healing process to thrive.

Hi have known Bren for several years now as a trusted colleague. I have shared several cases with her, where she has provided exceptional trauma informed care. She is wonderful in helping clients of all ages with trauma, depression anxiety, parenting issues, etc. She is also the therapist you want on your side if you're in a court related issue and your child is in need of a trauma informed therapist who is also an advocate! I have also heard wonderful things about her from other colleagues of mine about her skills in being an EMDR consultant!

I do specialize in EMDR. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), which allows clients to rapidly process the trauma of their past and regain a feeling of control over intrusive traumatic memories, feelings of disconnection with their body, and experience a feeling of fully embodied. In addition to being certified in EMDR, I have trained at a master level in Attachment-Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR), and I am an Approved Consultant by the EMDR International Association.
