I loved this place! Very quiet and plenty of room. No one bothers anyone but are friendly. I love Jen the manager! They inform you of everything, great maintenance too. In winter steps were always cleaned off and salted clear to door. I moved out to go to Florida!Thank you, Karen! You were a wonderful tenant and we were sad to see you go.

The tenants are responsible for the electricity and cable/internet. The properties pays all other utilities. Thank you!
As of today, one bedrooms are $676 and two bedrooms are $776. The prices are subject to change at any time.
We do not charge for parking unless you want a reserved parking spot. You are allowed to have one vehicle per driving adult on the lease at the property full time. Thanks for your interest!
Hi Cathy, We are not a pet friendly community. We do allow ESA and Service Animals with the proper paperwork though. Thanks!
