The food was alright I guess. It definitely didn't Wow me. Had to search for someone to seat us and wait on us. Our waitress only checked on us one time and we had to search for her when we were ready to get the to go box and ticket to pay. It must have been their slow period because there wasn't another customer in sight and there wasn't any music playing. My whole birthday was a flop

no one checked our IDs when we ordered alcohol. Most of the food was good until we got our main meal and the chicken from the chicken Parmesan wasn’t completely done towards the middle. We then informed our waitress that it wasn’t completely done and she went to the manager and told him. He then came to our table with the food in his hand with an extremely aggressive tone and asked “who had the chicken Parmesan” and claimed because part of the chicken was eaten (the outside cooked part) he could not do anything. We informed him it’s fine we just wanted to let them know and that’s when he calmed down and finally said he can get us another plate. The original waitress also seemed to portray we put her out of her way every time we asked for anything. Service here is unprofessional and I do not recommend eating here due to the staff.

I had the lasagna, it was good, but it had a salty taste. The serving was what I would call small. The big issue was the service. I had to ask a different waitress to get refills on the bread, drinks etc Later she did get better.

Tuscany is a pretty decent Italian restaurant. I like to go around Christmas....it just has a vibe for some reason that gets me in the holiday spirit....no clue as to why...I'm weird I guess. The bread is delicious and their pizza is pretty good too...one of the better pizzas in the city tbh....I wish they'd bring back their cheese dip appetizer...it was sooooo good. Now it feels like something is missing & I'll never get it back. 😔
