Nothing but awful experiences here. A few months ago, I placed an order to be ready an hour before closing time and came in to pick it up, only for the place to be filled with people. I was asked to stand outside or leave and come back in 15 minutes, which I did, and the order was STILL not ready. I was told to return later. So I returned ten minutes before closing time only to find that the doors had been locked (despite the business's hours not even being up yet) and a note was left on the door saying any online orders would be refunded. Many other customers were outside and were similarly displeased. Any other time I had come to this Chipotle previously, the line was always ridiculous and staff were neither efficient nor friendly. The aforementioned issue was really the final nail in the coffin for me. I will definitely NOT be coming back here again and would rather drive further to another Chipotle, where I know I'll actually receive my food after an hour of waiting.

By far the worst Chipotle franchise ever and it somehow seems to get worse every time I go. The past two times I ordered online using the app and my order was 20 to 30 minutes late. This time I figured I would just go inside and place my order live because it seems to be the quicker option. The dining room was pretty dirty and the music was so loud I thought I was at the club for a second. They seemed to be fully staffed but no joke every single employee was moving in slow motion and not communicating with each other at all. They all seriously looked like it was the last place they would want to be ever. I waited in line for about 10 minutes and after taking everything in combined with the fact that the line wasn't really moving I decided to leave. I ended up ordering Chick-fil-A even though I wasn't in the mood for it and the experience was 100% different. My order was ready on time the dining room was super clean and all their employees seemed genuinely happy to be there and were working well together and communicating with each other. This was definitely my third strike for this Chipotle and I won't ever be going back which sucks because I love Chipotle.

The brisket is awesome! The servers at this location are usually very nice. Typical line is 5-10 minutes long. Glad to have a Chipotle close to me!

Every person at the restaurant when I was there pre-ordered ahead of time, so they either just grabbed their food from a rack or waited, appropriately spread out, and waited. All masked, and there was no actual on-site dining happening. Unfortunately, I had to go twice, they forgot half of my order the first time.
