If you know what you need done and schedule an appointment (I use Walk-In Labs) then this place is great. I get in and out in minutes. However, I just tried to call this office to get a couple questions answered. The phone menu system is pretty terrible. I wanted a price for the mix of lab work my doctor has asked for... I pressed 5 for 'pricing' on 3 different layers of almost the same information for such... only to be told (by automation) I needed a lab code, call your doctor for one and then automatically hung-up on me. "Press zero at any time to get to the main menu" doesn't always work... ie option 5 for pricing and then enter account code (that I don't have) thinks 0 is my account number. It seems obvious that these labs are running so thin on employees and heavy on budget automation that they can't even field questions. Now I'm going back to my doctor and see about using another lab... which may not be any better.

Did the glucose tolerance test here. Got the clear lemon lime drink which was like a flat Sprite. It wasn't cold but luckily it was cold outside so the drink wasn't warm. I had to chug it in five minutes then come back in an hour. Usually Luis draws my blood but today Melanie helped me out and she was so great! Very efficient, she knew exactly what she was doing and found my difficult to find veins easily. Their system was just updated to having to do everything online. She did it perfectly. This quest is so convenient and I've had a great experience every time I've been here. Make sure you have an appointment otherwise the wait is unpredictable. I had to schedule my test two weeks ahead this time as they were busy.

This is my preferred location for blood tests requested by my physician's because the care and professionalism of the staff puts them at the top. Today I had the pleasure of Amber. Over the 20 plus years I have had tests done I have met many staff members who claim they know that they are doing and some have shown the skill of taking your blood without even a pinch of the needle. Amber is one of those who possesses that skill and has a wonderful personality. Thank you Amber. You deserve a RAISE!!!!!

I used to go to this place on a regular basis. Last 10 years. The service is horrendous at this point. Today is December 20, 2020. I waited over an hour with no appointment and still nobody came out or texted. I walked over to LabCorp which is in the same building at the Anaheim Hills location and I was in and out in 10 minutes. If your insurance Allows you to use LabCorp I recommend you do so. I will never step foot in this quest lab again horrible service. The front Desk receptionist was rude treats non-appointment people as losers!!!
