My family and I have been to this location many times and it is my absolute favorite. The dishes sizes are great and we always have some to take home. I've dined in with terrific service and ordered to go with great service as well. The atmosphere is colorful, open, and clean. The flavoring is so delicious and I refuse to leave one drop of the seasoning or juices. I'm left with only one option, being rolled out of the restaurant because I'm so full. In addition they have the traditional Mexican sodas and horchata. I'd recommend the specific location, as there are many Guadalajaras, over any of the others I've visited.

The staff was very responsive to requests. Gave us extra chips. Mixed drinks were excellent. Everyone really enjoyed their food.

Sorry you had a bad experience. I have been their many times & have had only good experiences, great food & service. Maybe they were short on staff the day you visited. Might give them another chance.
The one by the cinemas is the best.
I have not had that problem but try the one on perryville Rd.
