Quail crossing has come a long way in a short time. Always a great time and the course is really shaping back up to its glory days. The staff is top notch.

Last year was only 1.5 stars so things are at least improving. What a dramatic downturn from the days of hosting the Hooters and Web.com pro tournaments when the course was one of our area's best! Glad Quail now has a qualified Golf Course Superintendent to steer this City of Booneville-owned course through many needed renovations that Warrior Golf not so kindly left behind. Greens are still distressed, tees need a lot of help and many bunkers remain mostly gulches. BUT...the course layout stands among the top 5 courses within 25 miles and the improvents that are becoming (slowly) more noticeable give us hope that by this time next year we can rate Quail with 3 or even 3.5 or stars. High potential if the City keeps improving. The investments being undertaken now will pay off next year and beyond. In the meantime, think about lowering your lofty prices to better reflect only fair course conditions. How about offering seniors and twighlight discounts? Attract more players with compelling and creative pricing so the increased cash flow helps pay for operating costs and cap-ex projects. Quail Crossing....we want you back to headline status.

This course is fairly beautiful for being a public course. Affordable, welcoming staff, and overall a pleasant experience. The carts are all newer, and quiet. The fairways are all just about perfect, as well as the greens are really well taken care of. Definitely a lot of fun, and will be here again soon!

The course had been neglected for so long but the amount of work they are putting into the course since the City of Boonville bought it has really done wonders! There is still a lot of TLC to bring it back to what it was before but it is really starting to look great... go out and give it another chance when you can! Below is a picture of the new sod laid on the 8th green and the brush behind was cleared out to make this hole beautiful
