Worst Mickey D'Souza I have ever been to. Fries sucked and spicy chicken sandwich was a horrible mess.

Stopped in at the drive-thru and ordered 4 meals, a happy meal and 3 large combo meals. Frist off we got 2 large fry's and one med fry for 3 Large combos, all the fries were cold to the touch and tasted old. The Big Mac was cold and so was the Fish sandwich as well. We only live about 3 blocks from this store if this food was at temp to start with it should have still been hot. I've ordered from Wendy's in Harrisburg and drove back to Eldorado and my order will still hot what does this have to say about food safety and this fast-food chain? I would have been better off driving to Harrisburg and getting my dinner from Wendy's the food would have been hot and not look like a train wreck in a box that a 2-year-old put tougher. I know from now on Wendy's will be getting my business at lest they check temps and serve food that is safe.

Society upset about technology stealing jobs...yet here the technology is all off. The store seems to be short-staffed the majority of the time. Today I waited at the counter for 10 minutes before an employee took my order because they slammed in drive thru. Kiosks would've been instant. I'll take instant over a 10-mimute wait when I'm Hangry
