Shelves are pretty bare and customer service isn't what it use to be.

Prices use to be lower than Walmart. Now they are considerably higher on many items. I needed assistance in furniture and had to go to the register to get help. There was no cashier and a line formed. After a while, and several customers getting agitated, a cashier walked through the entrance door and started having a conversation with friendv(based on what customers in the checkout line overheard). A man came to furniture to help, but seemed put out. I assumed a child's recliner would be in a box and requested he go to the back and get one in a box. He said it doesn't come in a box, gave me the one from display, and refused to get one from the back that didn't potentially have stains from dirty hands touching it. Then he asked where my cart was. Well, I had planned to pull around and have it loaded, like all larger purchases. I said, "Customer service sure has changed over the last five years." At that point everyone got fake nice. Would have shopped and bpught more, but who wants to be in that environment???? It's sad that we have to remind them that poor customer service drives away business.

It used to be a great place to shop, they had a variety of products and they were very reasonably priced! You might as well shop at Hobby Lobby, the prices on comparable items, are much more expensive.

They have good merch and prices. However...the customer service is horrible. They walk the aisle asking if everyone is ok but for some reason completely ignore me. Each time I'm there. I even walked next to one of the managers and he kept working like I wasn't even there. They must be under new management because Misty that was there a few years ago was LOVELY, always greeted everyone, and I didn't feel like she was being discriminative. The need to do better in that area.
