Christian was super helpful from the moment I walked into the store. He helped me feel comfortable by giving his “honest” opinion and very professional. So many places in this world are fake because they just want to make a sale. Well…I came in for one pair and I left with TWO!! Lan was also there and when I asked her opinion she spent extra minutes with me as well. Tony allowed me to interrupt him while he was showing glasses to another customer and transitioned very kindly and professionally. While still respecting the current customer he was working with. As a retail business owner and customer….Now…that… is fine customer service not only for my pleasant experience but for Lens Crafter Company’s bottom line as well.

I had a great experience with Mai. She’s very knowledgeable and she made it easy for us to order our lenses. I always appreciate good customer service. Jackie :)

Had a wonderful experience here at the Westminster Mall Lenscrafters location. From the time I checked in for my eye exam every person working here was so helpful. The tech (sorry I forgot her name) was very informative on the procedures she was performing & answered all my questions. Dr. Le was great in taking her time to make sure my eye exam was thorough. She is incredibly nice. Nicolette was most friendly & helpful with using my insurance, with the frames that I chose. She answered all my questions about which lenses would be best for my eyesight. Tony took the time to check out my current pair of sunglasses for a slight adjustment on them. They really have great people working here to help you with your eyeglass shopping. The selection of eyeglasses is enormously abundant. If you are in need of eyeglasses I highly recommend you shop & purchase at this location. You will be happy that you did.

Came in on 04/18/22, as a place recommended to me. The service is unlike any optometrist I had been to in the past. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Will definitely be returning next year for my next pair here. Big thanks to Angel and Lan for their huge help.

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
Hello Cirina, If you already have a valid exam, you can purchase glasses here without receiving an exam from us. We also sell many different styles of frames, however, all would be brand new eyewear. Best regards!
Hello Natalie, We can sometimes place prescription lenses into a customer's own frame, we would just need to see the model of glasses, and be able to cut the shape of the lens to fit that frame. I would reach out to us with that information, and then we should be able to give you a definite answer, as well as a quote on price!
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
I just had mine done. They will only do it if the frames are something they carry currently. If you bought the frames elsewhere or the frames are no longer in stock, then no
