I had a really great experience here, especially compared to the other emergency vet I've been to in the past. I did have a long wait (about 2.5 hours) but I had made it clear at check in that our problem wasn't critical/life threatening. The doctor got back to me fast after my kitten was brought in and was upfront about not wanting to waste my money on x-rays when she was confident that he didnt have anything worse than a bad sprain. Just as she predicted, 24 hours later and my kitten in almost totally back to normal. I paid less than $200 when they easily could have talked me into extra diagnostic work if they were so inclined.

I'm so grateful to the Vet and staff at Animal Emergency Clinic who made my Lana so much better! We took her there late after she had had many hours of vomiting and diarrhea. They quoted me a several hour wait when I arrived and I could tell they had many patients by the number of cars in the parking lot, but when they asked how I thought Lana was doing they heard the concern in my voice when I said I was very worried. They sent someone out to assess her and then brought her straight back after noting her tachycardia, and the vet evaluated her and developed a plan within about an hour. They were kind and informative when we called for updates, and we were able to take her home the next evening after expecting her to stay 2 nights. I'm so happy to have my baby home and feeling better, and I just want to express gratitude for the attention and excellent care they provided. I work in medicine as well, and I understand the stress of heavy patient burden when you are short-staffed, so I very much appreciate that they were still able to recognize how sick she was and that she needed more immediate intervention.

Took a stray cat in late on a Sunday night. Mr. Peabody ended up staying two nights for treatment. Docs were very informative about treatment and good about calling with updates. So thankful for the great care AEC!

I have always been very skeptical of the medical industry from all aspects. Our cat had ingested some kind of object (we’re assuming plastic) we were referred here and already had X-rays done thru banfield. They originally quoted us almost $4000 for the high end of a super invasive surgery but worked with us over the course of a few days to try every option possible. When it was eventually time for her to go thru the surgery, the doctor was able to push the object thru to her colon which in turn resulted in a way less invasive surgery and a significantly lower bill. Throughout her visit, the staff was happy to check up on her and provided us updates every time we called. Dr. Brady was super professional and eased all of our concerns while providing detailed information that was easy to digest. I did not get the woman’s name who performed the surgery but the only thing I am seeing on the statement besides Dr. Brady is Dr.Esser. Thank you for all that you guys did. Attached is a picture of Willow, feeling good from the pain meds lol
