Good selection of products. Always nice to see accessories in person. Old guy in back seemed more interested in the computer than saying good morning. Sad really. Other reviews speak of friendly service, I believe them. Unfortunately was not my experience. Maybe I just caught him on a bad day. For a novice railroader, this could be very discouraging. I most likely will not return.

We have been here before. The staff is always friendly and indulgent to my children that want to see the model train run. We we're disappointed today though. We showed up on Wednesday and they are closed on Wednesdays now. Google maps failed me :(

The owner was so nice. He asked me what I needed and fixed it right away. I seems to know a lot more about trains than most store owners would. I would highly recommend this store to other feature customers.
