Don't go here, they'll do anything to make a sale. As a young naive first time buyer, Honda Car Pros was one of the first dealerships I visited to look around, and it was a stressful, soul draining experience, where I felt rushed and pressured to buy a car on the very day I walked in. I was inexperienced, and definitely not ready to make my decision. I felt like I was purposely given no time to think, and I was stressed out. I consistently told them I wanted to check my other options first, consult people, and that I wasn't ready, yet they still tried to push me to buy on that day, and I came so close to actually getting FOMO'd into it when they threw in offers, told me those cars were hot, that all the other dealers were sold out, and I almost just bought a car then and there. As by then, I was exhausted and tired, and they kept me there for hours. I made the mistake of giving them my phone number too and got called/texted and emailed every few days and they'd try to get me to come in again. They are really persistent and pushy. I later learned that this is a literally a text-book example of high-pressure sales tactic employed by some dealers. It is the worst experience, and after some research, I found out I fell for literally every trick in the book. At the end of the day, sales people want to close sales, and they have their "tactics" and "strategies" and it's your fault if you come unprepared and fall for it. I get it. But then I visited other dealerships next door like Hyundai and Longo, and they were somehow infinitely more chill and understanding. Saying I should take my time to shop around and to come back when I was ready. I did eventually buy a car at another dealer, this time armed with a bit more experience, and was able to negotiate a little. The process was way better, and less stressful. Got a survey afterwards asking if at any point did I feel pressured/rushed to make a purchase on that day, or before I was ready. Or was I pressured into buying options I didn't want etc etc. So turns out, other dealers literally avoid doing this and these guys purposely do it to you. Buying a car is already hard. If you don't know what you're doing, don't make it harder on yourself by going to a place like this...

Luis along with Jimmy were awesome and helped me get a new truck to start my business. They took my trade in and made the process easy! Not aggressive salespersons! They take the time to help you out. In the financing department, Diego assisted and explained to me each form I was signing and explained the service offers their dealers provide! My first car I bought at another dealer, but is not close to the great service they provide here! I will definitely be back to purchase more vehicles down the road!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! After talking to Sean Chau over the phone regarding my wants for a 2023 HRV SPORT specifically BLACK going over pricing and added cost. I asked Sean MULTIPLE times if the car was available to buy or “PRE SALE” since I had an hour + drive time, I was assured numerous times that specific trim and color I was looking for was indeed available. Sean set up an appointment later same day. After driving 1 hour 30 minutes to arrive I’m greeted by Sean which had no recollection of our conversation from hours prior. I kindly remind him what specific car I drove down to buy. He walks over grabs an iPad to “Verify availability” and SUDDENLY said car is no longer available. I later find out this car had indeed been pre contracted TWO WEEKS prior. When I ask why he would think it’s ok to waste ANYONES time his reply was simply “I can show you the LX trim we have available” Manager Carlos Diaz De Leon was NO help either. Simple staring from afar. Safe to say staff is unprofessional, no proper training and screaming to be audited! IF THERES ONE THING I LEARNED, EVERYONE NEEDS TO TAKE THEIR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

I had the most fantastic experience at Car Pros Honda El Monte. Of course, it wouldn’t have been as easy and amazing without the help of Kit, Pedro, and Jesus. Kit was the most patient and knowledgeable sales rep I’ve ever worked with. If you’re looking for a car- ASK FOR KIT. He will give you an exceptional experience. They all made sure I got the best deal possible, team work really makes the dream work lol.
