horrrrrrrrible - such a scam - very eager to take your money even if they are not providing you with a service. Read the fine print for sure about the usage minimums and being charged while not having a physical bike. Khadion Johnson from customer support is a hoot though - made my day - they could barely form sentences and ultimately just resorted to using the winking emoji - don’t know how they’d “keep the business running” without their knowledge and expertise on the front lines.

My scooter was delivered without the helmet rental and I was told it could be parked on the sidewalk which was the first red flag. The scooter was delivered with a loose rear view mirror. I thought it was a simple fix until I realized the screw was completely stripped and the whole piece needed to be replaced. I needed to get a replacement lockbox because my key was stolen, and the replacement was delivered broken. It doesn’t lock so the door flips open when I’m driving and there’s been several instances where the lockbox starts to slide back while I’m driving. I have been trying to get a hold of them for a month via email and phone call. I have received no responses and no customer service. I will be returning my scooter and no longer recommending this service. I love the scooter but the price and lack of responsiveness and care from the company isn’t worth the hassle.

I am a customer of Ride Pico. You can rent an electric bike from a wide selection of choices on line and then simply pick up the selected bike at their La Cienega showcase Gallery. The slew of customer service oriented staff, will make you feel welcome. The colorful, fun bikes on display, will give you a sense of warmth and adventure. At their lush Front Desk Lobby, you will encounter no doubt an Ambassador of a sort, by the name of Arda. His name is noteworthy not only for what he will do for you while you are on their premises, but how he will remember you by name each time you call and directs the line to the appropriate department. He will even follow up. Then there is Chantel in the accounting department, who will genuinely treat all her clients like royalty, even if your payment did not go through and there is a past due balance.They work with you respectfully and graciously. All the staff are kind and humble and I am sorry for not being able to mention every ones names in the Showroom. However Brian’s Name needs to be mentioned. He is oozing and overflowing with Milk and Honey. That is the kind of a loving Manager you want to speak and deal with. Please find out for yourself and Happy Trails on Ride Pico. 🤍 Thank you

I love the actual scooter. It's cute and I get lots of inquiries while I'm riding around town. I have encouraged a lot of people to sign up for this service and I direct them to the website, but I no longer will be recommending this service because of their lack of customer satisfaction and care. They do not care about their customers and have absolutely no relationship with their customers. Watch out for hidden fees and random charges that are not communicated! They will nickel and dime you and try to charge you multiple times if you don't stay on top of it. They are extremely money hungry and lack internal organization and communication. Their customer service is really convoluted and new charges and policies are made up on the fly without any consistency. It can be extremely difficult to talk to a real person and then when you are talking to an actual person, they are also confused and unclear. Super disappointing and as soon as I find another scooter rental service, I will be discontinuing my contract with Ride Pico.
