The staff are very knowledgeable, and helpful the two gentlemen that work there have answered every question I've asked. the young man there has fixed my novo and my box mod several times when others have just tried to sell me new products. this is the only store i will go too!!!! robby and evan are the main people I go to when I have any questions.

They wouldn't even refund or swap out a bad battery even after I told him right away after testing it in my car before I left. Instead he offered me a small 10% discount on a new one of same model. Because he "didn't have the authority to make a refund or swap out. Absolutely ridiculous. I always bought my juice here but looks like I might have to find somewhere else to shop.
