Great service when I have to ship or pick up a package. Thus far I have had nothing but friendly, helpful and efficient service. I have had far too many delivery packages stolen from my front door in a heartbeat that no one in HB seems to be able to do anything about this increasing crime so, now I have my packages either delivered here or pick them up at the stores. What a shame how HBPD can't get a grip on this city's increasing crime. So grateful to this FedEx Office Shipping Center.

we inquire about how to send vitamins to Mexico they said just to pay the shipping , package was suppose to be deliver on the 19 yesterday we got an email from a Mexican custom to provide permits for the vitamins and that we only have 3 days from the day our package was shipped which was on Saturday and new permits take 2 to 3 weeks to process or pay another 150 dollars shipping fee to get my package back when it was their employee negligence to inform me of such important requirement and all they said it's a company policy the return fee, but also as a company with years and years of experience they should have known of such permits. you go to them because they have experience and they just want to scam you to get business paid 150 dollar in vitamins and they trying to scam us of 300 ofnjust shipping fees

I sent a check to Texas from California and it was time sensitive. Thus, I scheduled an overnight delivery, but it did not get there in time because of the weather in Texas (they had a snowstorm). I understood the situation, but I was still upset about the fact that I paid $70 just to send a piece of envelope for a purpose, but it was defeated. I went to the store to get help again, but no one seemed like they had solution to it. Seth then found me struggling and helped me with sympathy. He gave me a number to call and he felt my struggles. I didn't get my refund yet, but I really appreciated Seth's help.

I like this place because it's open 24-7, so in a pinch it's a lifesaver. The prices for some things such as printing can be a bit high, mostly when you have a document with 95% or more of black ink, but a few select areas of color font, you pay full color price which makes it unrealistic for some documents. Besides that, I've been very happy with this place. They have all the staples, tape, glue etc. that you may need available to use when you're trying to get that presentation or special resume' put together in a hurry. Plus their restrooms are the cleanest I've seen for any place open 24hrs.
