Be careful with this repair shop. Have suspension noise problems. After diagnostic- manager told me - we found cause noise- front left and right- control arm and strut assembly need change - estimation 1846$ - agreed to pay for repair. After repair asked manager- could you please show me old parts which was changed- he didn’t find them - red flag- look strange - did repair and lost old parts straight after repair(wanted look what was broken). After couple days driving - completely nothings changed on suspension - same noise on uneven surface. Was busy. After a couple weeks came back with same problem - manager told me - found noise cause - need change more left and right rear shock absorbers and shock mounts - estimation 1693$. Found and ordered online original Motocraft shock absorbers and shock mounts for 715$ (they offered me parts for 1193$)- and did repair. Same suspension noise after repair. After - came back to them with same noise problem- diagnostic was wrong - manager told me - need pay 450$ for additional diagnostic. My money and patience ended. Double check with trusted mechanic your car after this repair guys and ALWAYS ask old parts after repair or better find more honest repair shop.

Went to get my oil changed this weekend. Did not expect to be verbally assaulted in the process. While the mechanic, Bart, was working on my car in the garage (which is directly accessible from the front of the building), I stopped by to ask if it would be alright if I watched and learned. He snaps back: "No man. Absolutely not." To which I respond: "Oh, but this is my car." He steps forward and snaps back once again, but even more aggressively: "HEY MAN. IF THIS WAS A MCDONALD'S WOULD YOU GO IN THE BACK AREA WHERE IT SAYS EMPLOYEES ONLY?" I took a step back and said: "Okay. You've made your point." This type of aggression is unacceptable. I understand it was wholly in Bart's right to not allow me to be in the workers' area, but there is no excuse for his aggressive conduct. I told Mike, the worker at the front desk, who did nothing to attempt to assuage the matter. This is sheer negligence in customer service. Do not recommend.

Mike is a nice and honest guy. He helped me and did alignment in my car. Now my car drives smooth and no worries. He also threw some discount for me as a new customer and give me good package for an alignment, tire rotation and tire balancing. Highly recommended!
