I had delivery from this place a few weeks ago. The potatoe salad was like sweet mashed potatoes. The sauce was not good and watery. It was on everything including the bread, both slices were under the meat and sauce. Snout was salty and the rib tips were tough. Sauce is not seasoning. Someone needs to redo the recipe.

Food is good, however the consistency varies. The snoots and polish were under cooked. (tough and not tender) The staff was short so there was long wait times. Often good quality.

The food was great. I had the bbq veggie nachos and my other half had the bbq beef brisket. I ordered online and waited longer than i expected but it was worth the wait.

My absolute favorite bbq spot in Missouri! Iconic food that holds up to its name. I would recommend the ribs and potato salad sandwich.

When cooks boil there meat in sauce the sauce flavor seems to over power the meat itself. Allowing for large quantities to sit for long periods of time, and if the put it on the grill the meat burns from the sugars. A true Pit Master will grill there meats first than brush the sauce on so the smoke and species work there wonders.
