This One Star is over rated *We visited Victorian Village Friday June 24th we were told nothing available until end of July OK no problem. *Saturday morning i received a email from Victorian Village "Apartments available with a link to site. (3) 3 bedrooms (3) 2 bedrooms OK. *Made a call to verify i was told "This is true get in your application first come first serve " Then i asked how long does processing take....24 to 72hrs OK *I immediately filled out my application and payed our Fees....$326.00 ($120 plus $6.00 two application +$200 for processing or something? *Checked back thru telephone conversations and emails Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. One response "Should here something tomorrow? Then nothing. *All this time i was checking my application online everything was still there. *Today Friday after making three phone calls and hearing their phone ring for awhile and then disconnect. *I decided to login on their Tenants Portal i found out that my application had been put on a "WAITING LIST" and it said "Pending". ** I did not apply for a waiting list i applied for a Apartment that was under the heading of "Available" Now if this was explained to me prior to me submitting a application with this option no problem. What was so confusing my credit rating is 754 + and if I wasn't so vigilant in determining what was the problem. I would be Homeless now my current lease expires July 5th but luckily i had been approved for another apartment in which my Rent and Security deposits were paid. **NOW I'M WONDERING WILL I GET ANY OF MY MONEY BACK? VICTORIAN VILLAGE!! GUESS WHAT "OPEN HOUSE TOMORROW AT VICTORIAN VILLAGE #BuyerBeware ** Replying to the Owner ** There is no need for a call or discussion between us now but here are the facts. * I received a call from Victorian Village about 2 days after my lease expired About Two Weeks after my Application and Non Refundable Fees were PAID. "I Was Approved" * Fortunately or Unfortunately i had moved same rent a little smaller Square footage. * My main problem is i think I was lied to making me wonder do you collect as Many Applications and Non Refundable Fees as you can before making a decision?. ** 24 to 72 hours for Application Approvals Show a little professionalism tell the people the truth if its going to be a Week or More SAY IT!!

These are some of the rudest people ever. They have been bought by another company and are even more rude than the prior management. If this is your last resort, I wouldn’t suggest moving here.

Understanding that “things/change/updates/etc. takes time,… I am quite pleased with the experience had at this location in “searching”. From “My” perspective, the property and the apartments are in need of some updates; however, the property managers (including the maintenance manager) presented themselves as more than willing to cater to the prospective clients in a manner genuine to their personality and a desire to “give a good experience”. I sense realness, while attempting to accomplish “the goal of “the job, ”” - genuineness is appreciated. Also, it would appear that this property does everything they can to get you in a unit YOU wish to live in, - it would also appear that this is rear these days… Regardless of whether one decides to reside here or not, the visit is worth it, as the staff does try to make you feel like your experience and your “potential future home” actually matters, - this was appreciated. * The star rating is really based on ones own perspective,… “stars” aside, it’s worth at least a visit. *They appreciate you being respectful of them, as they do try to respect you also… (from my experience)

Do they take one bedroom voucher
When ever the new manager wants to close the office because she is More concerned spying on the employees rather than work with them to minimize time and materials. No new parts here kids, they just go take things out of a empty unit.
When ever the manager wants to. She often locks the office door due to upset residents getting no results by calling the office. Residents often make appointments with the manager, go in work late to make the meeting, but offer are left standing alone and Late for work.
I just moved in and everything is going well. Its normally quiet and the kids respect other people's belongings.
Yes they do
