Ihops service has been going down hill since the pandemic. Staffing is most likely the key issue here. This visit was my attempt to try a new location with better results than the worse location in the Clayton Brentwood area. However, my order was wrong twice. And I never got part of my meal. Worse yet was the lack of care our waitress continued to provide. I think higher wages would produce better workers. I feel I speak for the majority when I say I wouldn't mind paying more for better service.

No to crowded late night my order was brought out fast and hot and was delicious.
