Recently adopted a Siamese kitten and a German Shepherd puppy, the staff was very professional, the place was very clean and up kept and the Animals seem to be happy. Highly recommend checking this place out. Marcie was very nice and helpful through the whole process.

We adopted this beauty from YC Pound back in 2007. She's the first of 3 we rescued as a family, and as a joke she's the big Queen B in this house. Their adoption fees are great, you get your dog or cat after they've been neutered or spayed. I've never had any problems with any of the workers, always polite, caring, and sweet.

Yuba County Animal Control is by far the worst I've ever worked with! Unprofessional, uneducated, dishonest, untrustworthy! They put down all pitbulls upon surrender. They do not give them a chance. They also harrass people based on bogus phone calls. I have a neighbor who calls once a month claiming my vicious dogs attacked her kid. I have a fenced yard. My dogs got out one time when my gate broke. But! They are love bugs! This woman makes up the most random crap and although animal control officers have met my dogs, and said they are good, they still harass us. I'm super annoyed with them!

I've adopted a cat and dog from there during covid and got to meet with them before taking them home. Just have to call and make an appointment.
Spca in Yuba city is the best place they are open tomorrow just call and make an appointment
Have you talked to your neighbor? Do the dogs have shelter, food, water? Are they altering to an issue or playing? There is paperwork that you can get on line from the website for this issue but first find out the answers to those questions before calling animal control. Getting someone fined for their doing doing their job isn't very neighborly.

They are closed on Sundays unfortunately and they may be closed monday for Labor day
