Just left this store beyond upset with not only the service I received but other customers as well by associate named Frances. A customer ahead of me asked for cash back on his return (with receipt) Frances denied the cash refund stating the refund had to be made in the original form of payment, debit card. GRANTED! I ALSO had a return w/receipt debit payment and Frances granted me CASH!!! When I made the reference between both transactions, Frances got rude and with an attitude “tried” to explain to ME why I was getting cash…I asked him to please complete my transaction and not waste more of my time, because I wasn’t asking for cash, matter of fact I had my debit card on hand. But instead of completing the transaction he handed my transaction over to another associate named ANGEL saying “complete her transaction let’s not waste her time” which indeed took Angel longer to realize what was going on but was more than willing to assist me with a smile and even apologized for Frances. Frances needs more training on your company policy on refunds and returns, most definitely customer service is not his calling!
