I visited the Bread Co at 20 North Grand Avenue. If the young people that attend the University have the horrible service that I had today, they should get rid of that place. Maybe I should have checked my order prior to my leaving, but when I returned home I found that the bowl of broccoli cheddar soup was only a cup and the sandwich only contained one slice of meat, I was thoroughly disappointed.

The staff are very friendly and are making the best out of the shield separating them from the customers. They are very patient and the food is always great!

My lunch order for delivery was an hour late. I had to call the customer support line because no one would answer at the store. Apparently they were short on drivers, which is understandable, but updates would be nice when you're on a working schedule. My soup was cold, my salad was hot. The manager did say he'd give me a refund on my order so there's that...

I love the Bread Co. I usually order from here once a week of lunch. They always have happy delivery drivers and great good. There have only been a few times where my order was incorrect. However, I will no longer be ordering lunch from this particular Bread Co. I got food poising on Monday after eating a sandwich, chicken noodle soup, and a green smoothie for lunch. the doctor said it could have either been the meat on the sandwich or the soup being bad...either way i can't take any chance at getting that sick again so I'm staying away.
