Charlie was very helpful when I talked too him on the phone and when I came in about my LG6 sim card update. He was not only very pleasant and professional he looked up my account and found out I was eligible for a free phone. This made me very happy since LG went out of business and the phones were still having compatibility issues with the Sim card upgrade. I wish there were more customer service people like Charlie with all my customer service !!!! He is a role model for what customer service is all about!!! He is a keeper, don't let that one go!!!! , Very pleased customer! Patricia
