The two men that came to my house fixed our issues within 10 minutes. They were both very knowledgeable and explained the issue I had. They gave me great advise on how to properly care for my fireplace to prevent any issues in the future. They also went above and beyond by informing me I could go to the Cal Mantel website to possibly upgrade on accessories for my fireplace which I did not know I could do.
