I would like to say. I am not happy with this facility. when you request to see the nurse or a doctor they leave you hanging for a long time. And they come when ever they want.. I understand am not the only patient here but really.. I saw a doctor once when i first arrived but he didnt check me or nothing he stood at the foot of my bed and ask me if i was ok..and i haven't seen one since.. Come on. Really and food sucks..no snacks or anything. They never have anything.. Not even a tomatoe..really...Now let me tell you about the staff. They are rude mean and bitchie toward the patients. But not all the staff are rude and mean.. For example Some CNA'S are really nice. Latries. She is awesome. She cares for her patients. Yeah she has her moment but don't we all.😄 Your one of the best.. I love her. To Victoria girl thank you for lifting up our spirits. When we felt down.. God bless you.. Yor are awesome.🌹 Cynthia what can i say about cynthia she is one of my homies..👼 Romeo his this big taught guy . but inside his a teddy bear. He awesome too. RIA what can i say about ria. There are no words I just want to say thank you for your patience with us patient. With Tina ,Jinney, Susan and me. Girl you are an angel send from god. You are so kind and for going above and beyond your duties to help us in what ever we needed. Thnk you. God bless all of you guys. We love you .🌺🦋 I would also say thank you to my physical therapy. Ashton for pushing me. And to never give up. Thank you. God bless you. Thank you so much. You all 6 deserve a raised for all of your hard work.and dedication.🙏 so with that note i would like to say this facility is not for some people.. But overall. That's all.

San Miguel villa is a placed to put your love ones. I was transferred from another sister company, first I'm kind a worried because it's a big facility and I'm not sure if I can handle the job. But when I start and get to know the staff that I will work with. There's the confidence that I can and I will. Why? Because our administrator Forrest is one of the very nice, understanding and very patient leader! We have a very good team of leaders in here! I know there's a lot of negative reviews or comments but we are doing our best to accommodate and improve our facility so that you and your love ones' will be happy and safe on their stay with us! We are a happy place and feel like home. San Miguel villa is a place to be !

I have so many wonderful things to say about San Miguel Villa! My aunt has been to many rehab facilities in the area and our experience here has been phenomenal. Yes, they are still a skilled nursing home so I think it's unfair to expect a Ritz-Carlton level of service like others who have left reviews. BUT you can tell how genuine and honest this team is, which is a game-changer in this type of care. The Social Services team is incredible and works so hard. The administrative staff is easy to talk to and attentive. And the nurses are the cutest and kindest group of people I've ever seen! I actually visited San Miguel Villa nearly two years ago and it feels like a completely new facility now, which is why we gave it a shot! It looks like they're currently having some remodel work done. Although they still have a lot to finish, it looks really good. Their lobby is beautiful and my aunt's room had brand new floors installed and was well prepped when she arrived. Within about an hour, she had a warm dinner ready for her and the nurses were happy to see her. Honestly, this all scared me a little because I was concerned that this was only a first-impression amount of effort. Now that my aunt has recovered and is preparing to leave the building, I can confidently say that this has all been a great experience. For the sake of being unbiased, I will admit that there were about two days where one of the patients kept smoking in a room down the hall, which was my only complaint. I know this a complaint more about a resident rather than the facility. I do know facility manager talked to this person several times about the issue and the patient ended up leaving soon after. In the end, I would highly recommend this rehab facility to anyone. I wish I could give my personal contact information for anyone to call me and talk more about it.

We have been very impressed with how quickly my husband's mom became comfortable at San Miguel. She is in the Alzheimer's unit. The staff seems to care about each patient. Everyone is treated with respect and patience. We are so thankful to Kaiser for arranging for her to move here.
