My son has been coming to this gym since he was 18 months and he absolutley loves it. The staff are all friendly and professional. They offer a variety of classes that keep the students engaged. My son has learned so much from taking classes here.

Great location and coaches. My daughter has been attending gymnastics here for almost 2 years now and we are thrilled at the opportunity they give the aspirants. The also are in the process of offering wrestling

Yes you can but if your gymnast is in J.O. they prefer you don't...if you call the office they will tell you what time period that is.
Yes on Fridays
Mikayla, The JO team girls sign a "contract" stating they won't miss any practices. Many think Gymnastics is just a "sport" where girls just do summer salts and cartwheels, but its more than that. It takes a lot of dedication to be a gymnast and the girls put a lot of work into it. Missing practices will cause the girls to miss skills required during the competition season. If they continue to miss practices then they miss out on conditioning which may possibly cause injuries and thats why they suggest that the J.O team girls dont miss practices. When girls agree to be on the J.O team they're not just doing it for fun, but it's their dream to be in the Olympics or go to a good college with a strong gymnastics team. Us as parents and family members, we stick by the gymnast's side to support them in following their dreams.
No there is summer off but the hours for training change from evenings to mornings
