The cabin was amazing! It was clean and well stocked with anything we could need. The staff didn't bother us, but were available the second we needed anything. The location was really great, too. It was a short, 5 minute walk to the lake. The cabins arent too close together either. We really felt like we had our own space. The hot tub was a nice touch. Also, we accidentally left something and the staff tore the cabin apart looking for it for us. Once they found it, they overnighted it to us. They were extremely helpful in a stressful situation! Definitely went above and beyond. Bottom line, if you're thinking about coming here, ignore the negative reviews and just come. It is well worth it. We will be back soon!

We've been coming down here for over ten years, every year. Ever since they sold this place its been terrible. The upkeep on the cabins has went downhill, the prices went up 50% in 1 year. The new owners are rude snakes in the grass looking to screw you out of more money. Patoka lake is beautiful, but I'd stay literally anywhere else to avoid getting scammed by the new owners.

Since under new ownership this place continues to disappoint. I, my family and friends will never stay here again. We have been coming for 20+ years to hunt. We always stay in the large cabin for 7 days during the 1st week of November. At the end of our stay we always book ahead for the next year. This time we were told the price would be going up over $2,000 for the same cabin, same number of people and the same dates next year. We had no issues with the staff or the property. Going forward we will be taking our business elsewhere. Oh and the BLAZE ORANGE wrist bands are the dumbest thing EVER.
