We went on July 8 and there wasn't too many people. Very nice park!

Campsites are nice. Separate smaller tent camping if that's what your in to. Only has 30 amp service for RV / campers. Also, no city water hookup or sewer. But there are multiple water spigots throughout that you can fill up with. Very nice and quiet camping spots. Nice playset for the kids. Nice shower/bathroom house....although the women's shower could use some work. You gotta keep pushing the button for water and it's annoying. No dumpster close to camping...it's all the way at the front before the camping entrance next to the dump station.

Park attendant called the day before our arrival to say their hot water heater went out so they were closing the bathhouse, including toilets possibly up to 2 weeks. They "graciously" offered a $2 discount if we would be interested in keeping our reservation.

Went to explore before we start camping ... The walk-in campsites have outhouses. They have not been kept up, no toilet paper, the door would not shut completely, spider webs and mud dauber nest all over. Showing me it wasn't even cleaned up from last season....
