If your looking to try something different then Public House 29 is the place you want to go. The food was excellent especially the garlic pizza and bread sticks that were cooked in the brick oven. The horseshoe is also very good. The atmosphere there is better than a lot of other restaurants. So I would recommend that you give them a try.

Chose this for a big party and milestone birthday. Was there a total of 3 and a half hours. Had to ask after 20 minutes of being there if someone was going to serve us. We had reservations even! Every other table was served first. The waiter kept ignoring us as he was walking by constantly helping other tables. Asked a busser to please get our waiter to get more drinks. Ignored again. Finally after 25 minutes I unfortunately counted… I asked the front for a manager. We quickly got drinks finally and then again, ignored. An hour went by and we finally got our food, we were never checked on again. Not by manager or waiter until we were brought our tickets. No compensation not that we expected one but would have been nice considering our drinks were completely empty all night. Was even charged extra for things we have gotten free every other time (ranch 😂) be mad we asked for a manager and be petty, don’t care. No one in our party will ever return. We were the last to leave because we were ignored. Sad that the milestone birthday was ruined for my family member.

Excellent food from a creative menu. We will definitely be back to check out more dishes, because we had a hard time deciding. The service was fantastic and our meals were served incredibly quickly. They even have a dessert item featuring chocolate from a local chocolatier.

6 stars! The food was absolutely delicious! The Alligator sausage and shrimp pie was outstanding. The Irish pot roast was delicious. And the steak burger horseshoe was fabulous! I will definitely be back. There are so many other things on the menu that I want to try!

I've never seen all you can eat shrimp on the menu. (I stop at pulled pork nachos.) I cannot say that this isn't a special, but I haven't recalled ever even seeing shrimp being eaten... In any quantity.
