I called for beef heart. They stayed open after hours for me to come and pick them up. I'm super pleased with the beef heart. I'm gonna buy some of their beef tongue next. I hope they open back up for in store shopping.

My friends and I went in together and split the cost of a 1/4 cow from Chuck's Ivesdale Locker back around the first of 2015. There were long delays and, a few different times, Chuck's Locker actually messed up the order, and kept asking us to wait or take what was ready and come back later for more. We were patient throughout the whole process, even if frustrated. To say they were sorry, Chucks' offered us 2 packers briskets. To us, this was perfectly acceptable, and much appreciated. We went on our separate ways. For Memorial Day weekend, we decided to smoke the brisket, only to find out what they gave us and labeled as "brisket" was actually pork belly. This is simply the worst buying experience I've ever had with a butcher. I would recommend you find someone else, and avoid Chuck's all together.
