I been here for years I Love La Dr. Ruiz she is amazing with my 4 Gutierrez kids. I love that she specializes with kids that have Autism. I would gave it 5 stars, but my only issue is with how Letty the one in charge of authorizations. I lived in Montebello and she would send me to places far away to the other side of the world. Now I live in Covina and she sends me even further away. The last conversation I had with her she said well find your own doctor and let me know. Like that's her job not mine I just feel she do t take time to fi d a good place she just picks whatever pops up on her little screen. I jaut can deal with that lady at all.

I could take a tortoise from Los Angeles and get to TJ faster than this clinic operates. Appointment they say...lmao waited 2 hours and 30 minutes before being seeing with an appointment.

They take way to long 2 hours I was waiting and I didn’t see the doctor I ended up leaving I was only there for medication refill 🤦🏽♀️ I love doctor Ruiz only reason I continue to come and only when she’s here I notice I don’t wait very long.
