This is a great winery in a quiet town. They have a wide selection from dry to sweet, both reds and whites...and a large assortment of meads (I'd say semi-dry to sweet). They also have a couple very unique items, such as the jalapeño wine. If you're in the area, I whole-heartedly recommend stopping by for a glass. Duchess is the store mascot and, as it turns out, loves the inside of her ears rubbed. Thanks for your kindness and an enjoyable experience!

My favorite place to sample and buy wines. They make a bunch of wines that I really like. Just bought "Killer Bee" which is Jalapeno and Honey.

My husband and I have looked forward to visiting this winery after reading about them in the Wine In Illinois brochure. We had checked out the website and facebook page and were intrigued by the wine/mead selection. We are normally dry red wine drinkers so this was a new experience for us. Tom was the friendly face that greeted us upon our arrival. He spent quality time with us, answering our questions so patiently, educating us on the history of the winery and the process of making the wines (including the fun of blending wines). He was super friendly and we had such fun chatting with him! We were very impressed with these unique wines and had a hard time making our selections because there were so many we loved. That just means we’ll be making a return visit again in the near future and someday soon look forward to opening up a bottle to enjoy at the winery. Oh and we heard mention of a possible jalapeno/chocolate blend??? Oh please say that is on the list of future blends to bottle??? If you are looking for a winery with a large variety of wines, reasonable prices, AMAZING customer service and a very welcoming environment- this is the winery for you!

Such a cute little storefront with a different kind of selection of wine made from elderberry rather than traditional grapes. Their meads are all to die for!

I believe they ship all over. Check the website or give them a call. I know up north by us in the Chicago land area. Binneys beverage depot carries it.
