Absolutely horrible. If you have any respect for yourself... DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. There was a cockroach that disappeared under the table/bed. Ants all over the room. A random peice of what I hope was beef jerky. The man at the counter was sleeping on the floor with his wife and when they came out he was very rude. He asked for a credit card and when my fiance accidently handed him the wrong one, he got loud and then ripped up the paper in front of us. WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK. Horrible staff, horrible rooms. And let's not forget that they don't have breakfast because they were found to be unsafe to the public. I pray that people read through these reviews before considering. This whole building needs burned to the ground. If anything, Holiday Inn is the place to go.

The whole second floor and room smells like cigarette smoke and I got a non-smoking room. Then we walked out to go eat and there was bags of clothes right outside the door of the exit. No elevator and when I asked for a first floor room I was told No....the toliet was disgusting so I bought cleaning supplies and gloves so it's disinfected before touching anything. I won't ever book here again!!!!

Positive: close to Powerton, but not even a 3 star. Negative: yes. check-in was a nightmare. How many employees do you have to hand my credit card to? 3 is two to many.. And yes, the room was already booked and paid for 3 nights.

The room I was in was nasty!! Dead bugs in the corners of the bathroom. The towel rack was barley hanging on the wall. The room had a greasy feel to it. I’ve stayed here before with no issues. But not this time!! Also, in trying to check out to get my deposit back, there is no one any where!!! Been waiting over 20 mins. Housekeeper, who’s English was extremely broken, in which is ok, I understand, told me to go upstairs and knock on a door. I won’t disclose which one, but I am not going to go knock on a random door, and I shouldn’t have to track down the front desk person. I highly doubt I’ll ever stay here again!! Just poor service and poor housekeeping.
