We went here last year, and again this year. I feel like it's one of the bigger choose and cut farms we've been to. In total I've been to 4, if you include this one. Their trees are a pretty far walk from where you park. I am disabled. So, I had been in communication with them on Facebook messenger because last year they took us on a tractor pulled wagon out to the trees and I wanted to make sure we could do that again because I can't walk long distances. I checked in and made sure 3 times, including the day we were going to be going, that we could get a ride. They were a bit rude and were giving us a hard time at first. They told us the tractor wasn't working. But they did eventually say they would clean off the tractor (not sure why it was dirty if I had been told 3 times including earlier that day we could have a ride on it) and give us a ride since I'm disabled. They ended up giving quite a few others rides as well. I guess they figured since they were taking us they may as well. As they toted us around the farm we thought we were going to be leaving without a tree even though there were quite a few trees! Many of the trees were dead, dying, not the kind we like, or poorly shaped, or too short for what we wanted. In the end we got a tree that, while not shaped great and some pruning will need to be done, I think is going to be gorgeous. They seem to be planting mostly the wispy needle trees, though, and we don't like that kind. We like the sturdier long needles. So I don't know how much longer this tree farm will work for us, but they have a LOT of newer small trees growing for people who do like those ones!

I always love coming here for my tree. It's beautiful in any weather and I've never picked a bad tree, they always last all season for me! (Watering is important of course :P) Strongly recommend Grady's! They hand-make all their wreaths, too, and they're beautiful. Great outdoor activity for the holidays!

The people were extremely friendly. They have a big parking lot and they took us out on a hayride to the type of trees we wanted and brought us back. This place is my new favorite tree farm. FYI cash or check only.

I love Grady's. It's a tradition. The staff are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The gift shop always feels cozy. I have always found a great tree for my home. Pricing is reasonable, too.

Prices sometimes change between years but the 2017 prices on Facebook are as follows: $5.25/ft pines and $6.25/ft spruces and firs
They have real wreaths, yes. All handmade on site. No artificial wreaths. Prices are based on tree type and footage. Current prices are usually listed on the farm Facebook page.
