Seafood at a local brewery? You better believe it. They knocked the tuna out of the park. Had the cuban the night before which was also great. Friendly staff. We'll be back next time we're in town!

Our overall experience was good here. We had a party of 7 and arrived at about 6:45 pm. The place was full, and it was very hard to hear people at our table. The beer was good, which was the main reason we visited. The food and beer were very affordable too - some brew pubs jack up the price, but GBC is doing it right. The main drawback and the reason for three stars is that the service was incredibly slow. It took a very long time to even be able to order a drink. When the food came out it was starting to get a little cold as if it had been sitting waiting. The food was good for the most part though. The pulled pork nachos and pretzel were great appetizers. The 'guacamole' burger (pictured) was not a guacamole burger. It was instead topped with avocado slices. That was a little disappointing, but the burger itself was good. Overall, good beer and food, but very slow service.

We were last here in February 2020 before COVID-19 and it's the first place we've met our friends now that we are all fully vaccinated. Janessa was our waitress again, and we are so glad! She is excellent! Helpful, attentive, friendly, happy, and fully vaccinated yet still wearing a mask to help customers feel safe. 👍 Delicious food, and the beverages are top-notch. Tasty beers and the strawberry rhubarb seltzer was also a hit! I thoroughly enjoyed the daily special I ordered - scallops and Brussels Sprouts. The white wine sauce was perfect! Too full for dessert, but there's always next time! 😊 🍻
