I have never been spoken to by an employee at any establishment before like I was spoken to here. The guy behind the counter was soooo rude and I walked out of there absolutely mortified! Why did he talk to me like that? Because my boyfriend and I walked up to the counter together and I'm not my boyfriend's caregiver. I am, however, a medical patient who was trying to shop there that day. We will never step foot in this place again. If you have rules, make them known. Do not tell someone that they need to get away from your counter. This was our first time here so way to go guys! You left a lasting impression on both of us as well as everyone we've told about the incident. I'll stick with Trinity. They know how to treat people.

The entire staff could not have been more helpful. It was my first time picking up at this facility as a caretaker and there was a little hiccup that they resolved quickly, efficiently and courteously. Michael B checked me out and gave me some good info! Highly, highly recommend!

I made an appointment and talk to Ryan to get more information and comprehend what they have to offer and more so why. He was an amazing book of knowledge. Ryan broke a lot of the stigma behind their products. He took the time, a hour to be exact for a normal 30 minute time slot, to explain what all the different things mean and do. He let me explain it back to him just to make sure I comprehend all the information he told me. That is very rare to find these days unless you pay for people's time, rightfully so. Ryan was very thorough to explain the differences between the medical card and recreational. Heads up it is so not what I thought. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to talk to Ryan just to learn more.

Now that they are no longer including taxes on there website it’s become very inconvenient to shop there, not to mention the sudden price hike. Things were a lot better before you changed it. The only good part of the store now is the staff, SUPER helpful and friendly

We went over a month or so ago and my husband wore a mask inside. I stayed in the car. Wish I could be more helpful on this one.
Personally that would be a question you would want to ask them but I personally do my own research on products.
I think so, but would wait til they announce publicly.
The menu will continuously change but everyone and a while you can get smaller cheaper flower so just keep checking
