Fantastic food! Even my picky eater loved his food. I had the sea bass, which Cooked without oil but fried/steamed perfectly, wonderful waitress and kudos to the chef. Things ran smoothly with big parties. I love this place. Long drive but it’s worth it!!

Best food we’ve had in a long time! Homemade mashed potatoes, homemade broccoli soup, liver and onions was absolutely delicious and brown chop steak was perfect job as well. Excellent Midwest food! You won’t be sorry to eat here and the service was wonderful.

If you ever stop by Leroy, IL... right off I-74, across the road from Love's truck stop.. you'll be in for a real treat! Jack's Cafe is one of the BEST family restaurants I've been to in a long time! (And I'm a world traveler ☺️ ) I'm not sure which is better, the food or the service and happy atmosphere. The owner was a kind man and very accommodating. The waitress was young, pretty and all smiles and great energy. I'm very pleased... You folks made my day and I really appreciate that. Thanks again. (P. S.. I usually take the pics BEFORE I eat but I couldn't help it! Veryyy tasty! Notice how they did not cut corners and gave me the FULL portion of beef in my omelette!) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best surprise ever!!! Returning home from a long trip & truly hungry, we stumbled upon this total gem. The menu and specials are extensive, the wait staff just as nice as they were competent and the food! Wonderful, quality and affordable dishes that were presented beautifully. We had no room, but with leftover boxes in tow, we did browse the awesome and varied dessert display cases and WOW! Can't say enough great things about this place, but rest assured we are planning to drive the 2.5 hours again just to get another taste of what they have to offer. It's just that good. A+ on all fronts, highly recommend 👌
