We came on Tuesday afternoon for lunch and waited 40 minutes total to get through the drive through which is fine they were very busy and it's not easy working in fast-food industry but what really drives this review is the fact that they managed to mess up repeating back our order three times and at the end of it all we didn't even recieve all the stuff we ordered which was highly disappointing. I'm guessing all the people are new and in training because they really lack efficiency and teamwork abilities. I hope they can improve in the future because this is the closest McDonald's to me

Food took way too long. Kiosk is the only way you can order but be sure to listen for the number you put in because they aren't going to bring it to you. They are going to wait for you to come all of the way back to get your food from the counter even though the kiosk you are forced to use tells you to grab a number tent and sit down, your food will be brought to you. Food was as cold as was to be expected for the amount of time it took to get to me at a fast food restaurant but at least I was uncomfortably relaxing in the dining area that the off the clock employees had converted into a lounge for their after shift decompression.

Kiosk would only let you order breakfast, so I placed an order for 2 egg Mc Muffins. Was then told they were only serving lunch. Had to wait for a manager to get me the refund. Then I placed a sandwich order to go and had to wait 10 minutes for that. Got in the car and started on our way only to find my sandwich to be room temperature.

The food was typical McDs, the wait was too long, and the floor was very slick. Much more than the rain might have caused. It felt greasy. I had to take very small steps, even in my non skid shoes.
